Kai Frömbgen became principal oboe of the Bamberger Symphonikern – Bayerische Staatsphilharmonie in 2003, and from 2005-2007 was the principal oboe of the Lucerne Festival Orchestra, directed by Claudio Abbado.
A keen chamber musician, Kai performs regularly with the wind ensemble Sabine Meyer, and is also a member of the Linos Ensemble. In 2012 he was appointed Professor at the Musikhochschule in Saarbrücken and since 2014, he has also been a Professor at the Robert Schumann Hochschule in Düsseldorf.
This evening he shares his wisdom in an inspiring masterclass with musicians from the º£½ÇÂÒÂ×¹Ù·½ Woodwind Faculty.
